Mei and date translation and any other information on smith

Can anyone point me in the direction for some information on this smith. I believe it reads masayuki. Not sure of the date.

According to Markus Sesko's Swordsmiths of Japan, Ikeda Masayuki (MAS1457) was born in 1938, and your blade doesn't look like it was made by a toddler ;-)

 

It was probably made by Miwa Masayuki (see here for a matching oshigata):

Thanks I didn’t see any other showa era swordsmiths by that name. I took a shot in the dark. Thanks for the info.
