Can someone help me with what written on this sword?  There’s writing on both sides.  I have more photos and questions, but those may need to go in another section of the forum. Thanks

Thank you very much.   I assumed it was a cheaper WWII era sword.  I'll post the additonal photos and photo in the military section.
