Looking for help on translation. Seller has mei translated differently in English(twice) and is saying item is Muromachi period, which I question. Trying to research the Smith but not pulling anything up with what I have tried. Included picture of NBTHK kicho. Which I believe haven't been issued for over 30 years?

Thank you.

羽州住㫖當作之 – Ushu ju Muneatsu/Munemasa (reading?) made this.

The smith’s name is Muneatsu/Munemasa in Ushu (出羽国:Dewa no kuni).

However, I cannot find the name in available smiths lists.

Thank you! It was translated as Usyu Jyu Sadatsune Saku Kore by the seller.
