Are they forged in WW2 period and do they have any value?

Sorry but I have only those pictures.

I guess it's just a fake/wallhanger.

First is in pics 1-2, second in 3-4 etc.

On the fourt is written propably 三本一郎  Mitsumoto Ichirou?　(poor made 本 in cursive script)
