I used soap on it in order to see the writing better but it’s still not super clear. Can anyone suggest another way or can anyone see from my photos what it says? It has writing on both sides. Quote
Ray Singer Posted September 15, 2018 Report Posted September 15, 2018 Looks like a portion of a Rai mei. There would typically be a 3-4 character signature. 来國_ I would be careful about putting soap on the nakago and leaving the soap residue there as you may promote additional corrosion. Quote
