Hello everybody, I have a small question concerning the new book of Clive Sinclaire, Samurai Swords - A Collector's Guide, I'm the only one to have many mistakes inside ? I mean no mistakes done by Clive Sinclaire but from the publisher. There is really a lot of mistakes on Japanese terms and even on a page a wrong legend for a picture (if I remember well a naginata's picture indicated as a tachi). I have the impression that Tuttle didn't verify very well before printing the book and I find that quite frustrating and don't do honor to the quality of the work of mister Sinclaire ...

Does someone have the same thing ? Or a totally different feeling ?

Thank you very much

Have a nice day

I wasn't aware that Clive had published a new book, but I'm interested in getting a copy. He's a long-time NMB member.

Don’t bother Alex for your new posts, I did it for you, it will appear automatically :).

This book is IMHO not a new one, perhaps a reprint.

Hello thank you very much Jean !

Yes Ken, if I well remember it has been published in september 2017. I hope that Tuttle will publish it again with less mistakes.

Jean I'm not sure that is a reprint,

Ohhh okay sorry I didn't know it was the original edition ! So what really interesting me is to know (to come back to the original purpose ;) ) if there are the same mistakes inside, particulary on the Japanese words
