Moley Posted November 17, 2015 Report Posted November 17, 2015 Hi Everybody, Over here in the U.K. we have this T.V. programme called "The Antique Road show" whereby ordinary people drop in with articles they have at home or passed down in the family to have them evaluated by an antique expert. Years and years ago I saw a programme where somebody brought in an ivory carving of a Japanese sword smith at work. I wonder if any members here remember that programme and possibly have a link/ photo of that article? ??? (I also remember an episode where someone brought in a tsuba thinking it was a sword buckle - it was of a monkey with spectacles.) Gwyn Cymru Quote
Fuuten Posted November 17, 2015 Report Posted November 17, 2015 Hi Cymru, I tried some keywords, and didn't really find a certain episode regarding ivory works, but should everything else fail, the following link should have the answer somewhere. http://video.pbs.org/program/antiques-roadshow/ Quote
