Origami translation help please

Hi all,

 

may I kindly ask for help translating this Origami.

All I have managed to translate is the date of issue: 47th year 11 th month 1st day of Showa (01.11.1972).

As the rest is rather similar on most NBTHK papers, I would be very grateful for a translation of the highlighted area.

The descriptions are as follows;

 

波の図 (Nami no zu) – picture of waves

フチ頭 (fuchi kashira)

銘 (mei) 大森英秀 (Ômori Teruhide)

 

四分一地 (shibuichi-ji)

高彫 (takabori) – high relief

金象嵌 (kin-zôgan) – gold inlay
