Need help identifying something not related to nihontos

First, sorry that it isnt the right place to post this but there is no "off topic" thread section and this place may be the only place where i can ask this and hopefuly get a answer.

 

A coworker from where i work (as a 2d graphist/artist) went to Japan with a poster i made her for a scienfic conference, she brought be something back as souvenir since she know i love Japan but i have totaly no idea what it says...

I would really appreciate it if someone told me what it is written on it, is it a calendar, a chicken soup recipe or chart ?!
