While not taking away the merit of the forging technique shown on that video it is not strictly traditional Japanese method in technique and material used. I doubt it would be added to nihonto.tv video database.

Wow..I hadn't watched it yet when I posted that.

That is an interesting video. I think it shows a Chinese forge, and is the equivalent of mass production on a small scale (if that makes sense :) )

These must be light years ahead of the regular Chinese junk. Doesn't appear to be tamahagane, and is not Nihonto...but very interesting to watch.

That hammering machine he uses is also fun to watch. :)

While this is not sword related at all, if you want to see a serious power hammer pounding on a serious billet of red hot steel, check out this 1904 video. Note it takes 8 men to turn the billet.
