Stuck on one character

I have this mei which am pretty sure reads, Minamoto Masa Uji...then the forth character seems either to be Tsugu or Fusa which makes no sense.

final being Tsukuru.

Have back checked and cannot find a Masa Uji signing in this fashion,am very rusty now at trasnslations, have I gone astray here?.
