  1. THIS is Kamakura Senjuin. Masame hada mixed in and a suguha hamon. Two things I really find suspicious: the condition of the tang and the two holes at the bottom seems to be drilled.
  2. Nio Kiyonaga
  3. A few more impressions. It starts at 9:00 minutes. With more usual suspects...
  4. Kongobei - Studio light
  5. Okay, here we have a (Soshu) Akihiro. Looks almost familiar. It is (very) late Edo period. And I think it is the same with your tanto depending on the photos.
  6. Shintogo Kunimitsu ko itame hada plus a suguha hamon. I can´t see anything like that in your tanto. I think, there is one blade with a midare hamon in existence.
  7. The original: Tsuda Echizen no Kami Sukehiro
  8. Well, if you look hard enough you can find more examples without a date. Take the DTI catalogue from 2014. There are 3 different katana by Bizen Osafune Harumitsu. 2 have a date, one hasn't. Bizen Osafune Sukesada are sometimes without a date. Yes, most swords from Bizen have a date. But there are exceptions.
  9. Bizen Osafune Yozo Saemon no jo Sukesada. No nengo. There are speculations that the date was removed .
  10. From the Compton Collection: Kiyomitsu without nengo. So it must be gimei.
  11. Hachisuka Masamune
  12. A few impressions with The Usual Suspects...
  13. Got this from a friend.
  14. And the sword in question
  15. So much for ChatGPT: Token Bijutsu 593.pdf
  16. It's a tsuba from a friend.
  17. Dear Jacques, Try to get a copyright from Paul R. Allman's "Visions within Visions". Read it. Read it again. Try to understand what is written. And then come back. You are a lot, but not an art critic.
  18. Okay, the tsuba got this feature. But it is very clone to Kaga zogen...
  19. I think it is Kaga zogan. Umetada looks different.
