Thank you both. That's why I'm hoping for someone who has more signatures to compare. From a collection or books. The sword on the left is the same, but the angle when photographing another. :-)))

I know that some Kanji in the Mei do not quite fit. But Sugata, Hamon and Hada do fit. I can't find much to compare online. If someone has a Shinto book I would be happy. My books are for Gendaito.

Hello together, I am trying to find out which generation my Chikugo Kami Fujiwara Kunifusa (筑後守藤原国房) is from. There is not much information to be found, but at this link I think I have a match. According to the description, it is the 5th generation of a total of 9 gen. https://www.seiyudo.com/ka-010711.htm Left is my sword, right from the link above. I try to make good pics. What do you think? In general, infos about the kunifusa line would be interesting for me. For example, did the 9th gen. stop forging swords after the Haitorei-edict? Thank you for any help.

sword blades with special signatures and dates
Itomagoi replied to Volker62's topic in General Nihonto Related Discussion
Chichibu Jū Fujino Masatsugu Saku (知知夫住藤野政丞作) Sakurai Saburō (応桜井三郎造之) Tame Kyū Konoe Rentai Rikugun Chūsa (為旧近衛連隊陸軍中佐) Sakurai Tomiharu Jū San Kaiki Kuyō Zō Kore (桜井冨治十三回忌供養造之) Meiji Jū Kyū Nen Ichi Gatsu Ni Jū San Hi Sendai Hachi Jū Kyū (明治十九年一月二十三日仙台生八十九才武州川越没) Translate by Steve M: The sword is by Fujino Masatsugu from Chichibu city in Saitama Prefecture. It was made at the request of Sakurai Saburō, on the ocassion of the 13th anniversary of the passing of his relative Sakurai Tomiharu, who was at one time a Lieutenant colonel in the Japanese Imperial Army. Tomiharu was born in Sendai city on January 23rd, Meiji 19 (1886), and died at the age of 89 (1975) in Kawagoe city. This means the sword was made around 1988. -
Big thanks to you.

We know the winners or the rankings of the swordsmiths of the 6th Shinsaku Nihonto Denrankai. I was wondering if there is a list of the winners, ranks from the other shows exhibitions as well!?
