Hi! This looks like 福地宗近 Fukuchi Munechika, literally Munechika in a place of good luck, not really a known smith. This is no earlier than Shinshinto, and likely a low-end one.

Sorry! I was wrong, this is the known Gunto smith 福地鋭雄 Fukuchi Toshio.

MUNECHIKA (宗近), Shōwa (昭和, 1926-1989), Gifu – “Munechika” (宗近), real name Fukuchi Toshio
(福地鋭雄), born May 17th 1898, he worked as guntō smith and died April 29th 1974
