What you have is a Japanese Type 95 Gunto made and carried during World War Two. Likely made around 1941-1942. It was inspected by Nagoya Army Arsenal and has the Seki stamp = 関刀劍株式会社, (岐阜県・関町) = Seki Tōken Kabushiki Kaisha. Value on these is dependent on condition.
