Thanks for your reply, but I don't understand what you mean. Do you meant that writing translation is "not nearly good enough"? 

What alphabet is this? Kanji?

Sorry! I meant my translation is not nearly accurate or complete. 

 

The first Kanji looks like 蠟 ("wax"), the last one looks like 人 ("person/people"), 

 

and the three Kanji in the middle are how to tell.

I have some that have the assembly number written on them and I have seen them with the maker's name. My guess on this one would be maker's name.

Hi, thank you for your comment. That is also what was suggested by mate-collector of mine here in Poland. AI translation suggests "chikuzen junin".
