WW2 Sword I need help with please

Hi,

Here is a sword my grandfather brought back with him from Papua after WW2, it has been in my family since then.

I have only recently removed the handle and photographed the tang.

If someone could help with the translation please?

濃州関住源天秀鍛之 = Nōshū Seki-jū Minamoto Amahide forged this

 

Amahide signed his swords in quite a few different styles.  There's a similar-looking one in this thread:
