Hey everyone! I have the chance to buy this nihonto in gunto mounts. I have several questions about it.

The seller says it’s signed “Kanesada” (Nosada) because of the special kanji that was used and that it is from the muromachi era. Is it authentic? Or do you think it’s gimei??

also, I know the sword is in gunto mounts but the Ito wrap style is unusual. Is this Satsuma style wrap?

The mei is 関住兼 (Seki ju Kanesada made.). This Kanesada is also a good smith.

However, the smith is not 之定 (Nosada) or even popular 兼定 (Kanesada).
