Translation on type 98 tsuba

Type 98 tsuba off of a Nidai Yoshichika with Hakudo cutting test. Wondering if it’s a name or assembly numbers. Any help would help. Thank you.

If you could please add some pictures of your example. We could with ease create here online oshigata for all smiths.
