Trouble nailing down the age and maker.

I’d appreciate help figuring out the age and maker of this katana. 
if it is indeed an authentic katana from the 1500s how much and how would I sell it. 
 

I would also consider a restoration but 2 year wait? Seems to be the norm.

Noshu Seki ju Kanekami saku. I would look into the late Muromachi Sue-Seki group.
