Does anyone know where this sword might come from, or recognize the symbols?

I bought this sword many years ago, back in the 90's, at a local flea market in Spain (I don’t remember where—maybe the Canary Islands). I haven’t been able to identify these symbols and have no idea where the sword might come from. It appears to have been used, and the leather is in poor condition. If anyone recognizes anything about it, I’d appreciate it.

Very very poor Chinese wallhanger/decorative piece unfortunately. The symbols etc are petty meaningless and pointless to try and give them meaning as this was just made as a trinket/fake.
