Cutter Nagatsugu, maybe? And date?

I thinks this cutter is "Nagatsugu" but you know how often I'm wrong!!!  And I don't see anything I recognize as a date.  Any help?  Found on this Nihonto.com page

Yes, Nagatsugu is the tester's name
