Worn mei on tsuba

Hi all.

 

I've been trying to read the mei and identify the maker of a tsube I recently purchased. It's quite worn down and my photography skills are questionable but I think I can read Kaneyama and a date of Anei??

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

To start with, Gethin, can we see 安政四年 on the right? (Ansei 4)

 

On the left I think it could be 乗山 (Jozan? Noriyama?) with 花王 kao... but cannot find any record of this name. There was a 乗仙 though.
