Inro Translation Sought

Just got this today and wonder what is written on the box and does it pertain to the inro?

Inro    No.10

 

Since the (new?) partition seems not to be suited to the size of either the Netsuke or Inro, there is no way of knowing whether the box is original to this set.

Thanks for the translation. I wondered as well about the poor fit of this box to the set.
