WW2 sword takusan kanji under leather combat cover

Hello,   A friend a mine got ahold of a few WW2 era swords.   One had a loose fitting leather combat cover which had quite a bit of kanji on wooden saya side when the cover was slipped off.   I told him it was probably a prayer but figured you guys can confirm or deny.

Can't read any of it. Some close-ups might help.

I think its more likely to be something boring - maybe the name and address of the purchaser, or some measurements.

Maybe these cropped photos will post a bit cleaner.  Doesn't look like the typical address,  but maybe something interesting for the Military sword section of NMB.

Kind of looks like this part says 東照宮 (Tōshōgū), a name that is used for a number of shrines affiliated with Tokugawa Ieyasu (primarily the one in Nikkō, but there are others). 

I can't read much of the rest. Note enough to be useful, anyway.
