Yes. His website is even on the eBay listing.

I think he is Armand or is that another seller? Japanese based seller, I think he goes under KimonoetObi too. Low to mid level stuff, you get what you pay for. This lot of stuff is particularly junk...some really atrocious stuff.

That one is a Meiji period sword cane - post-Edict on carrying swords. They're not usually known for having good blades. They've since been glamorised by Zatoichi.

 

You can run across such canes in much better condition - that one looks rusted to hell. I doubt it is recoverable, even if it were of sufficient quality to warrant trying to recover it. In short, I suspect that it has had it.

Is it possible that some of those badly corroded blades are in fact Grave goods?

They loo like they have been in the ground for decades (or a bog or Marsh)

Dont know really, might be, there is one of his blades which has a terrible nakago ....

grinded into a strange shape... well... sheer terror...

He also has some nice stuff though i like his kimonos and haori's.

love the left handed katana,I think I have a left handed screw driver on top of a tin of striped paint in the shed.
