Looking for English index for Zusetsu Bungoto / Bungo Taikan

Hi all,

 

I got a copy of Bungo Taikan off eBay, but it's pretty hard for me to use as a reference work without an English index.  Does anyone have a .pdf or other electronic format index they'd be willing to share?

To my knowledge, no English language index exists for the Bungo Taikan.

If you do find one, I'd appreciate hearing about it as well!
