Signature Japanese Or Chinese?

I saw today a nice picture, but i'm not sure if it is chinese or Japanese.

 

The art is Japanese in my eyes but what the signature says?

Can't help much with the Mei aside from telling you its the artist signature and seal. Let's see the picture.. generally speaking, it's pretty easy to tell Chinese from Japanese artwork.
