Nice Little Waki Mei Help

I purchased this nice waki (nagasa 39 cm) several weeks ago.

Ray take me to the direction of Hide...(xxx). I show some members here the mei and Hide 秀 Hiro 弘 could be right.  

 

Now i search for the right one. Hawley is listed several Hidehiro. One is a shinto smith who signs only with 2 Kanji (HID28). But he is from a unknown province. Would you go for this sword with shinto? 

 

 

And another question: The nakago has 3 in german "Feilmarken" You see two of them on the right side. Under a magnifying glas it looks like copper. Any idea what this is?.
