Mei Help

I found this wakizashi for sale in one of the auction sites. It's not mine but it's very hard to find nihonto in my country and   I am curious what the mei says. There is no other description besides is shinogi-zakuri  wakizashi. The blade is very tired with broken tip and look like a junk, but you never know. Тhanks in advance.
