In the "Low End/Low Cost" category, (Blades from $500.00 to $700.00 range) Is this a " Good Blade with Good Papers " ? What / Who is the Organization that certified this Blade? ( edited) Price fitted in my " Dagashi Budget/Collection" . About 1/2 of the blade has a double BoHi . Thai is also why I wanted it. Anyone got time to translate?
