This will be a translation into English by Markus Sesko of a 31 page article on Higo tsuba that 1st appeared in the Japanese periodical, "Me no Me". The article is in the form of Q & A between the magazine and Ito Mitsuru & Ito Sampei. I have read it and found it very informative, scholarly even, and full of wonderful pictures of great tsuba. It isn't too late to join the JSS/US and receive all 6 issues of this year's Newsletter. Go to jssus.org and join with paypal.
