Pics aren't good enough to tell much besides it is genuine. Not sure about that tsuba though. Seems to be in handachi type fittings. What is the length of the cutting edge? Nakago looks like it belongs to a wakizashi.

Please give some measurements, and a pic or 2 of the whole blade without fittings.

You might try translating this by yourself; Hint: the second kanji is "Ta/Da" 田.

If you do not want to try, here's the answer:

 

Takada Junin Tomoyuki 高田住人友行. Bungo province, Takada school, in my opinion Shinto period.

 

Might be a genuine signature.

This is a wakizashi in average handachi mounts. There were a few generations of this smith..working around the mid 1600's to the end of the 1600's.

Due to the condition, (and this is just a rough guess) it is probably worth around $800-1000.
