Tsuba Translation Assistance Please? (MORE PICS ADDED)

I was hoping someone could help with the translation of this tsuba?

 

Left hand side seems to have a date/age: "?" - "Nen" - "Shichi" - "Jyu"

 

Right hand side: Chika - Suke(?) - "?" - "?" - Kao

RH: Chikasuke bishu kao

LH: Ji nen shichi jyu (Age 70???)

I couldn't have possibly gotten it right, since at least the RH side, doesn't make sense (Name, province, kao not province, name, kao).

Could it be 小沼隅川 Konumakumagawa 時年七十 toki toshi (nen) sichiju, on the occasion of the 70th year? John

I cannot read the MEI, but couldn't the uppermost character on the right be also read as KO (小)? Would that make more sense?

Although the second "numa" kanji on the right side is signed in an uncommon way

and the last one is only half legible, I think the mei is:

 

小沼庸利・時年七十

 

"Onuma Tsunetoshi + kaô - jinen nanajû", "made by Onuma Tsunetoshi at the age of 70."

But I couldn´t find this artist in Haynes, even after trying the other readings for the character

(庸) which are for example "Nobu", "Nori" or "Yasu".
