Following on the success of the 2012 Tampa Shinsa Yoshikawa Sensei and team have been persuaded to bring an overseas shinsa to the west coast. This event will coincide with the 2013 NCJSC To-ken Taikai being held the same weekend in the same hotel in San Francisco.
