    Good day everyone, I just recently joined this forum and have learnt alot from here. I just recently acquired a tokubetsu hozon pair of blades with matching koshirae. The pleasant surprise that came with the pair was another certificate that came with the swords Can anyone help identify what it is and what it means? Seems like the certificate is for the koshirae too
