Cheers Bruce for that info . years ago I showed the blade to a dealer / collector here in the uk but he didn’t know what the hot stamp symbolized only that it was Buddhist which I already knew , he did say the sword was very unusual and unique being a hand made , seki stamped with religious meanings attached to it . I am very grateful for your reply and already read the post about tadahiro blade . I will have to research further . again sorry for the delay

here is the reverse side.......its a forum member friend they belong to so i suspect he can read the replies..... dont know what he did to the tea pot tsuba as i am only the messager etc and cannot give advice myself.
