  3. New acquisition! Is this the same smith as 主馬首藤原朝臣一平安代 and what is the translation / meaning of '朝臣' ? Maybe difficult te say, but are the kogatana (blade) and kozuka (handle) the original pairing or is it a later assembling?

  20. Dear Colin, I recently bought them because I liked them, without knowing what the kanji (mei) meant. A "little" research brought me to 乙柳軒鋪隨. So I made this topic. Thanks for your replies.
