Hi Stephen, for questions like this I highly recommend the translation feature of the "Google Chrome" Browser. When visiting a site that is not in your native language, a "translate" button will appear on the right side of the address line, next to the favorites star: If you klick it, the site will translate. The translation will be automated and bad, but this is usually enough to get an idea of the general meaning of the site. Here is the result for the page you wanted translated:
