Hi Everyone, I'm curious as to anyone's opinions on the Rikko style "waisted"/hourglass tsuka shape. I have not had a chance to handle a katana with rikko yet, and was curious what people thought about its advantages and disadvantages; particularly with a handle length of 10-11 inches. Hello, I'm new to this board, and I hope I don't offend by posting this question here. I am currently mounting a katana in koshirae, and am looking for a tsuba craftsmen/designer to craft a tsuba in mokko style with a amida yasuri design. I'm not sure who to ask or where to go, so any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
