Thekirsh Posted January 3, 2011 Report Posted January 3, 2011 Hi, Just wanted to ask if anyone has an oshigata for Yamaura Saneo when he signed "Toshinaga" in later life. Also any example of his later work would be much appreciated. Thanks Simon Quote

Ed Posted January 8, 2011 Report Posted January 8, 2011 Simon, Saw this post, and while this not exactely what you were looking for, I thought it may be of some interest to you. This is a Saneo from the period when he signed "Toshimasa". Sadly part of the mei was lost when it was cut down for mounting in a sword cane. The late Mr. Yoshikawa of the NTHK polished and papered it as well as did a sayagaki. It was published in the Token To Rekishi #580. Forgive me in advance as the photos are substandard. http://yakiba.com/Wak_Saneo.htm Quote
