I just bought this 1987 shinsakuto and, after studying it in hand, believe it may be modelled after an old Bizen blade. 
 

it looks to me like it has a gentle Koshizori shape but I'd appreciate other opinions.

It is definitely straighter in the MONOUCHI, so yes, KOSHIZORI also for me.

I thought it might be koshizori based on a side by side comparison with two old Bizen blades which I found as specific examples of that curve - but I can see my sword's angle is not so acute.

(Actually, the upper picture shows the Bizen Saburo Kunimune (備前三郎国宗) that Walter A. Compton located in Atlanta, bought and gave back to the Terukuni Jinja in Kagoshima Prefecture.)
