Here's one for auction - Japanese 1899 Model Cavalry Sword

I tried checking their shipping descriptions and couldn't see any prohibition against international.

Yea, that was me. Yet I am not sure if the USA is currently within my reach when it comes to swords. In the times before the war I was used to buying motorcycle parts from the USA ebay. It was relatively easy to receive even the lots that had no overseas delivery option. I used proxy delivery services for that. They have warehouses with a USA address.  Recently I ran through the delivery policies of these companies and, alas, swords are clearly among forbidden items. 

 

Also, it seems that Proxybid has banned Ukrainian IP range. I have "Access denied" message through both of my Internet connections (mobile and stationary).
