Please help! Koshu Tokubetsu Kicho Ninteisho???

Dear all,

 

i'm considering buying a daisho koshirae accompanied with the attached certificate. I suppose its the "old blue NBTHK paper" (Koshu Tokubetsu Kicho Ninteisho) type but since i have never seen one before any help would be appreciated greatly.

thanks for this. i just wanted to know what sort of ceritficate it is exactly as its one of the old NBTHK types. but i already got the info - its a tokubetsu kicho ninteisho
