Hi everybody. Hoping someone can help me again please.

I was sorting out all my old sword bags that have been at the bottom of a cupboard for years and I came across this bag with a label on it.

I have totally forgotten what it came with, It is a wakisashi bag.

Can somebody please translate it as it might give me a clue what it came with ?
