貞繼 = Sadatsugu

 

Probably this entry in Markus Sesko's Swordsmiths of Japan:

Quote

SADATSUGU (貞継), Shōwa (昭和, 1926-1989), Gifu – “Sadatsugu” (貞継), real name Takai Sadajirō (高井貞次郎),

born May 24th 1902, he worked as guntō smith and died May 20th 1968
