I saw a sword that I was interested in buying, with the following characters marked on its wooden scabbard. Would anyone be able to translate and see what it says about the blade?

From left to right

京都住国吉     　　　　　Kyōto-jū Kuniyoshi   (presumably the name of the smith)

生中心            　　　　　Ubu nakago  (means the tang is in its original shape)

長サ貮尺貮寸参分有之　 Length of cutting edge: 2 shaku, 2 sun, 3 bu (67.57cm)

井上正實　　　　　　　 Inoue Masazane   (a name)
