Thanks Piers. Any actual date the card was signed off or registration completed? 

 

I think the katana length is 71.9.

Yes, registered in Osaka on 29 July,  Reiwa 2.

Registration number on right, Osaka Education Committee.

(This year is now Reiwa 5)
