Two mei needed help with

First, a Kunishige blade that I can't make out the province.

99% sure it's gimei but...

 

 

Second, a koto blade which appears to have had something done to it(mounted for war?) early WWII from what I can read in the mei, "Showa + 16".

The 2nd sword:

 

昭和十七年二月十一日 大鎌淳正佩 - Februaly 11th 1942, Okama Atsumasa bears this.

大東亜戦為出征磨之 高橋秀次 - For departure to the Greater East Asia War, this is shortened by Takahashi Hidetsugu.
