Like the title says, ubu and signed shinto Katana fromt he late 1600's AD, Mei reads "Echizen-Ju Shimosaka Kunihiro". Very strong and active Itame hada with strong temper line and in good polish. Almost no Sori to it so if you like Joko-to style swords then you can probably appreciate this one. Cutting edge measures 68.25 cm/ 26.87 inches.
